Question

I have a Gateway GT5026E with Microsoft Windows XP-SP2 Home Addition.I have a rouge anti-spyware program, PC Protection Center 2008, that is holding my computer hostage! It's been on my PC for nearly 2 weeks and I haven't been able to get rid of it. It has turned off my Norton protection and my Task Manager.There is is a long list of problems associated with this program. One of which prevents me from searching the Internet for help because it keeps interupting my searches. It also interupts my typing to you!What information do you need from me to make it easier to solve this problem?I have gone through numerous pages of directions, found on the Internet, to get rid of it.
