I have a Toshiba P200-13Z

I have a Toshiba P200-13Z laptop and it has worked fine so far. This morning I have tried to turn it on and it will not respond at all. The blue power light at the front to indicate when it is on charge still lights up when connected to power but nothing else. Any ideas?
