I have a TungstemE2.

I have a TungstemE2. I cannot find my addresses. I am on an apple MACBOOKPRO. My hand held works, but the computer file doesn't respond.
Actually it did for a minute in very funny type and unsorted by catagory, but now nothing in the address file is responding.
Thanks if you can help recover this for me.
