I have a Vexilar FL-18

I have a Vexilar FL-18 that has done a great job for me! A couple of day's ago my screen started to look like I had a low battery and that was not the case.I have come to to thinking that the motor brushe's might be the problem. Anyone have any advice to offer on this? Thanks, Jim
