I have a friend in Chicago...?

I have a friend in Chicago and I'm very attracted to her, but at the same time I see her as a good friend. She and I were joking about me going to see her and I live in Florida. I don't think she believes that I would go up to see her but I guess my question is should I go up there or would it freak her out that I would go that far out of my way to see her? Ladies?

I guess that comes down to money and time questions.  Would she be able to take time off work to spend time with you?  I don't know if I would want someone from out of state that I don't really know just dropping in on me.  She could be lying to you about lots of things and you might get disappointed at what you find.  Unless you have met before and know her, I would ask her when a good time to visit would be and then go see her.  Make plans on what to do on what days.  I'm sure she could show you around the museums, Sears Tower, Navy pier and the like.

Honestly, I hate drop ins.

Dude, are you at the airport yet? What are you waiting for? You said that you're attracted to her and so what if it's only for 2-3 days, get your butt up to the Windy City and check out Rush Street or One Mag Mile man...She sounds like the one dude hurry!!!
