I have a k850i sony

i have a k850i sony ericsson second hand and when someone calls me it dosent ring it goes on to call divert or something and then a symbol cones up in the left hand corner and in the bottom right hand corner it says spek or something like that can you advise me i have gone into menu tools calls an manage calls and pressed accept all calls but it just does the sameHelen
