can you help me with this question? I moved out of state and I lost my id and need a birthcertificat and can't get it till I have an Id. but I need an Id to get a birth cert. What do I do. has any one been thru this before and what did you do and did you get your birth cert with out an id plz i need help getting birth cert.

have your mother or father get your birth certificate by using their ID.......they are your parents and can get it just as easily

i live in chicago, IL......just go get your ID from the DMV which takes about what 10 mins then get your birth certificate(idk how long thatd take)

Try this website for an application form.  ( Sorry, but I just noticed that in the upper right portion of this form it does ask for a copy of your current photo id.)
