I have a question. please help.?

what do you do if your mom is addicted to your nintendo ds. she plays it so much that i don't get to play it anymore. she has it in the morning and all night from like 5-9. please help. it annoys me so much.

Put a "child control" on the set, just like parents put a "parental control" on a kid's computer.  Or say, "Mom, shouldn't you be cleaning the house and the garage, going to the store, or fixing dinner or doing the laundry?  

Sorry, I don't mean to joke about something that is really upsetting you.  Maybe you should just have a heart to heart talk with your mom, and tell her to be fair, she should allow you equal time on the Nintendo.  If nothing else works, ask for another Nintendo ds. for your birthday or Christmas.  Then you will both be happier.

Ah you poor baby! I did that to my kids too.  Maybe you could show her some games on line? Yahoo games or Live Search Club?  Might work? You never know?  Or maybe you could show her Yahoo questions.  I sure got addicted to it myself.   You could ask her if you can have it after you do your home work and she can have it in the middle of the day when you are at school? Either that or wait until she goes to the bathroom. Us old people have to go more than you young whipper snappers!

Suggest she get her own, unless she is the person who bought the one you are talking about. Then maybe you can talk to her about how you can get some money to buy YOUR own.

My guess is you might want to get your mom one for a present. I find playing the ds a great way to relieve stress. I bet your mom does too. If you can't afford one, perhaps you and your mom can negotiate some sharing.

If you bought it, talk to her about it.  If your mom paid for it, then you get to suck it up and/or buy your own.  Parents need to let off some steam as well.
