I have a really huge problem!!?

Alright, I really need help on this. I am in 7th grade, and there is this guy that has failed, so i am in his grade now. Last year he was like not popular, [quit frankly he's never been popular] anywyas, he's just really weird. Last year he threatend to kill like 10 people on the ast day of school. And i thought it was a joke, and it sorta was. But I sit by him and he liked me, he doesn't like me [like me] now though. It's really akward sitting beside him. And i jsut dont know what to do. any advise? I reallyyyy need help. Please any answers are great!

kinda act natural, just forget that he used to like you. it doesnt really matter. it is a bit wierd that he threatened to kill them people but he cant exactly do it to you in class. be nice :)

Ask your teacher to be moved to another seat.,,and explain to her why you feel this way.She will help you.

just ignore him, or if he bothers you, talk to your teacher privately and ask to switch seats.

if i were you i would go to a teacher and explain to her your concerns.  im sure he/she wouldnt mind moving you to another chair.  and just ignore him.  he really doesnt seem like the kind of person you want to associate yourself with.

You may not realize it, but his threat to kill 10 people is a criminal matter.  It's called a terrorist threat, and things like that should be taken very seriously.  When you hear someone say something like that, don't discuss it with them, but report it immediately to someone in authority.  Too often those kinds of comments are ignored and lead to disaster.  It's not too late to discuss his comments with someone at school - say, a school counselor or vice principal.  And I would avoid this guy.

Ask your teacher if you can move seats. If he or she asks why, simply tell them that you are just uncomfortable sitting next to him!

This might be a good thing for your teacher too, if they have two people that make noise or talk a lot sitting next to each other, then you can switch with one of them.
