I have an apartment builting inspection

coming up and am wondering why they are inspecting my apartment (its called a VIEU inspection) they said they will check all rooms. do you think that would include the closet on the porch that has the water heater in it?

Do you mean a "View" inspection as in they are just going to go in and view all the rooms and make sure everything looks ok.  They will probably look in the closet and porch too but I doubt they'll move anything around.

You should probably get the stash out of the apartment, hiding it in the closet isn't going to work.  The utilities will be one of the most important things they'll check.
