I have cramps!!!! Why?

Question

Im 21 years old and my last regular AF was on 5-23-08 and Im was late 2w 3d! Im never really late and if I am its 1 or 2day....on 7-7-08 I got AF but it only came for 2 1/2days It always stays between 4 to 5days!

Ive never had cramps befor my period and for the past 5 days I've been having cramps w/o AF! I also have alot of clear discharge(Im sure Im not ovulating), hungry all the time, fatigue, and backaches!!! PREGNANT maybe??? I took 4 urine test and all back neg! Went to the doc and she didnt really say much to me.But told me she wasnt going to order a blood test because I got AF already!!! I dont know if Im pregnant or Im not and maybe something is wrong. But why else can I get cramps without AF?

If I am pregnant I would be 10W 4D....Wouldnt it show in the urine test already?

GET A BLOOD TEST. Go to a different dr if you have to. I was 6 weeks and still got negatives. I know a few people who were pregnant and even got negative blood tests. Sometimes your body flushes the hcg too quickly. So go get the blood test. If you still don't get your af it could just be your mind giving your the symptoms. (it does happen) If so as soon as you know you'll feel better either way. Try not to pay so much attention to every little ache and relax. Hopefully everything is ok. Good luck.

If you were 10w4d, yes it would show. There are alot of things that could be causing this and you may want to consider seeing your gynecologist.

Got back to doctor and demand a test remind her that women do have periods even when pregnant.  If still negative tell her what is going on and ask her to do some testing.
