I have downloaded Norton Internet

Question

I have downloaded Norton Internet security it is not installed yet,problem no 1 I don`t know how to,problem 2 is that having downloaded I am informed I have only 30 days subsription,This happened once before and that time I only had 39 days subscription.I have now tried two separate forms of installing without any success.I would be ubliged if you could help me
