I have four dwarf gourmari ?

I have 4 in my 10 gallon tank is that too much? I don't have a lot of stuff in my tank i kept it simple. If not how often should i clean the tank? I'm new at this fish stuff. Thanks for your help.

  1. That sounds fine for now, just see how they go.  Do some more research and make sure you keep testing your ammonia/nitrites/nitrates so your fish are in optimum health and yes, do regular water changes 10%.


  2. I would recommend upgrading to a bigger tank in order to add more fish of that kind . Also to keep the water neutral and to keep the fish in better health I would recommend switching to aquarium sand instead of gravel .

  3. the dwarfs dont get big I have two of them as long as you dont add any other fish and have a decent filter system you should be fine and do a water change at least every two weeks and use a good water conditioner I use Kordons cause it removes organic waste in the water also ( fish p**p ) helps keep the tank cleaner for longer
