I have no friends.........help?

Question

So I'm sixteen years old and I literally have no friends. I'm about to start my junior year at high school in a couple of days and I am so terrified! I will have no one to talk to. Any suggestions?

Join a club, talk to people in class, etc. It really isn't that hard!

Thats ok, I'm 19 and I have no friends other than my boyfriend. I can't wait until school starts so I can start meeting new people (starting university). Just talk to people, it won't be hard, there will be times when you will be given opportunities, and I'm sure it won't be that bad!

Just try and see who you can get along with, if you're sitting beside someone in class or something. You will make new friends, its not a huge deal! I'm hoping this is a new school you're going to!

okay, i have a lot of friends this is true but I'm a really outgoing person..i don't think that you need to change at all, i dont know how you are but...my freshman year of college i was sitting in class and i had already met these two really sweet girls, and this girl behind me was like hey...i turned around it turned in to one of my best friends...she was really shy..like i said i dont how you are but I'm guessing your shy...try if anyting to see if people are wearing something that you have or a book you have read...a small detail that will start a conversation..but be confident you are obvs smart and forward enough to ask a question to random strangers and that takes guts...so just put yourself out there whats the worst that could happen? they stare you down you roll your eyes and keep it moving, but i def think you gotta look for something in common. or just ask like a classmate like oh nice hair cut where you get it and so forth. i hope it helped. you will be fine

dayummm.! go and actually talk to people, in this condition, it wont hurt you at all! and dont be too scared, cuz if your going to complain about it just no that its your fault.

find a group of girls, maybe a small one, or someone sitting by themselves. thats what i did.

okay instructions ready okay first make small talk like um somebody who sits next to you in english "hi" "hows it goin" then find something you have in common but don't do it in order right in one day maybe do this in a succession over a week and then you eventually start talking more and soon u have a new bestest friend
