Question:

I have really big curves ?

and i dont like them at all so how can i loose most of my curves or at least slim them down?

p.s mostley every day i jog for about 45 mins. up 2 hills.

what else should i be doing?

  1. i had the same problem..everyones body reacts differently to any type of diet and/or exercise. what i did personally was stop eating at night after 7pm and i also stopped drinking soda which i think were my 2 biggest downfalls.. i lost 52 pounds in 4 months... i know alot of people will say thats dangerous and not normal and blah blah blah but it worked for me like that i 2 walked but u need to change up route walk different places every few days or so becouse if u do the same routine ur body will just get used to it and it wont b exercising anymore..i hope that some of this will help!!
