Question:

I have skin trouble! Any remedies?

Whenever I shave my legs they usually are smooth and comfortable. 2 days pass, and they are inflamed, itchy, red, dry, etc., and I thought for a long time it was razor burn, but it seems to happen only once the hair starts to regrow. None of my friends have this problem, and I moisturize very well, and it still happens. And my razor is never old or dirty. I'm also not allergic to soaps or lotions. So I'm stumped. Any suggestions?

  1. It could be razor burn or it could be ingrown hairs.

    all razor burn is

is an infection in the pores of your skin it just may take it awhile for it to show up.

    you could try the following.

some people do have more trouble than others

after you shave coat you legs with rubbing alcohol you should do this twice (it will sting)

after a couple of hours put on oil

like grape seed oil or almond oils

you could even use canola oil or olive oils they are all great for the skin

to help prevent infections add 20 drops of the essential oil of lavender (make sure that it is 100% pure essential oil)

for every 1/4 cup of oil

keep the oil in a dark glass container.

the lavender will help with the ingrown hairs as well .
