I have tickets at yankee stadium. ?

In tier reserved section 15 row k. Are these good seats?

They're okay.  It depends where you like to see the game from.

3rd base side, with a little elevation is my preference.

Section 15 is decent, you are a little past first base with a nice view of the  whole field. Row K is pretty high, but what is great about the current stadium is every seat is so close you dont feel like you are miles away.
