But I dont like it?

VERY VERY large muffin top... that I dont like!

All my friends have perfect bodies... trust me. I have seen them. I am the oddball/fatso in the group.

I dont want to be...

Tell me how I can get rid of a muffin top. (FAT around your hips)

Dont be like everyone and say SITUPS AND CRUNCHES!

I want an answer unlike the rest.

  2. You can't spot reduce, in other words, you can't pick where you lose fat. But my reccomendations to you would be:

    Get on a diet pill. Do some cardio in the morning and early afternoon.

    Lift weights, not to get buff, but to build muscle that will burn more calories all the time.

    60% of results is nutrition. When I need to get real lean, I go on an all vegetable diet. I buy frozen veggies from the grocery store, saute them. Throw on some garlic salt and lots of pepper. I eat a giant bag each day.

    Don't forget to drink lots of water!

  4. well theres a number of things you can do..

    and yes lol sits/crunches are one of them..

    You also have to take into consideration about your

    eating habbits, do you eat cake? or healthy? or sorta both?

    After that, you should try jogging and doing a LOT of cardio..

    your body is supposed to take in 2k (2000) calories a day,

    so try doing 1.5/1.0 for a few weeks and see how that goes!

    runing is relaxing, fun and good for you.

    if you like it you may even join the track or crosscountry team.
