  1. I agree with Sian's answer good advice, want to add yes there is plenty of free anti virus out there but I had issues on my lap top about three years ago and my company I.T top man recommended F-Secure (use a a search engine to find) had it in place now for three years and no problems at all, cost's about £40 a year for three applications, good luck

  2. For a start I recommed getting rid of Norton. It's an absolute nightmare. I recommend avira - it's free. There is a lot of quality free anti-virus software out there. If your computer was really mashed up you might need to wipe everything and start again. Make sure you have backed up all your data and that you have all the discs for your programmes etc. Not quite sure what the problem you are having with flash... need more details.

  3. I had up to date Norton and also had virus trouble

so bad accass o the internet was not possible. Ha d Avast installed when it went to the doctor on there advice as they were finding Norton was not what is cracked up to be

  4. You need to visit Adobe download Centre and download Adobe Flash Player.

    http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplaye...

Click on the "Download Now" button.

On the next page untick the also install Google Toolbar (optional) and then click on "Agree and Install Now" button.

The rest of it runs through automatically and you should be able to see a short Flash "movie" if it is successful.
