I just bought a MAGNAVOX DTV TB100MW9. Before hook-up,we fot channels 4,6,10,20. After hook-up, all I am getting is 4 PBS channels. Whyi have a dtv converter box the set up menu does not come up to program it the remote control does work to turn power off/on
