I just bought printable DVD's

i just bought Sony AccuCore Printable for inkjet Printers DVD R dvds

how do i print on them with the printer

there are no instructions and naturally the sony website is less than helpful

yes I know how to burn a dvd thats not the issue it states they can be printed on with an inkjet printer but i am unsure how to do this please help
