I just got a new laptop and the sound doesn't work.. the only time it makes noise is when I click an invalid key [for example ] can someone help me??

  1. Probably the sound driver is missing; go to the site of the laptop's manufacturer and search for it thru  the support section. Sorry, can't help you more without  other details about your laptop.
