i have a couple of questions im 17 do i always have to drive w someone w a license until i get mine and what is a cheap car insurance in az

Anyone that does not know the answer to that question should not be driving. Take your license, stick it in an envelope, and mail it back to the state with a note that you don't deserve it.

Then, open your study guide. When you know the law, go back and get your license.

Yes, with a permit you're not allowed to drive by yourself (at least not here in CA, maybe it's different in AZ.)

Cheap insurance?  There's no quick answer to that.  Call a few places and ask for a quote--that's what everyone does.  Or go online and look at progressive.com and 21st.com and you can get multiple quotes online.  (I get my motorcycle insurance from Progressive and my car insurance from 21st Century.  They are both about as cheap as I could find, and getting them online is actually less of a hassle!)

If you're driving your parents' car, they can probably add you to their own insurance cheaper than you can get your own.
