I just purchased a universal security DEFCON VPCL combination cable lock.I followed the instructions on how to set the combination, then I put it on my laptop, and now I can't get it off. The password that I set doesn't work. I really need to get this resolved asap. if need be my cell # is 786-385-8963Thanks
