Question:

I just saw two elephants??

The circus staff allowed them to be on a big field close to where they are. People found that strange and someone called the police. However, I think the elephants were quiet and won't hurt anyone. Would you be scared if it was you?

  1. Elephants are highly dangerous animals and many people have been killed by them, both in the wild and in captivity. However well-trained they may appear, there is always the possibility of them rebelling at any moment, simply because they're having a bad day. Circus elephants have gone on the rampage in the past, destroying thousands of pounds worth of property, killing several people and terrifying many more. A couple of times the military have even had to be called in to shoot the elephant.

    As far as I'm aware, it is no longer legal to have elephants in circuses - even if it's still allowed in some places, it is most definitely illegal to allow them to wander around unrestrained with nothing to prevent them coming into contact with people. Someone could be seriously hurt or even killed - this circus is asking for a lawsuit.

  3. No, elephants don't stampede or anything so i wouldn't be scared.

    They are generally pretty obedient in captivity.

  5. NO elephants may be giant but they are Nice!! i used to work with them!! they are so peaceful

  6. Absolutely not.  Domesticated Asian Elephants present no more of a threat than a cow.  They have been used as beasts of burden and household pets by man for thousands of years.

  7. Yes, i would. because if they started to run or stampeed people in that area would likely be squished to death. because even if they are trained and know right from wrong there is still a possibility that something could scare them. Hope you like my opinion.<333

  8. No I wouldn't be worried. Babiigirl needs to worry more about casting directors, they are much more dangerous than circus elephants.
