Indian Admisitrative Services Exam is one of the toughest in the world. Of course U can. But it need a lots of hard work and a bit luck. You should start your preparation right now. Recent trends of the exam shows that the exam is more based on understanding rather than memory. Myself is preparing for the same. If you wanna any help regarding this, most welcome.
