I may have deleted something

Question

I may have deleted something I shouldn't have and have not wireless connection the main router works fine. I was cleaning up my wifes computer deleting things from the control panel so I suppose that what's maybe missing might be in the recycle bin but I wouldn't have a clue what I may have done. The tool tray just shows no internet connection and the reciever light is not lit. This a WUSB54GSC model router.
