  1. 1 liter = 10cm^3.

    1m^3 = 1000 liters.

  2. 1m cubed is 100 cm on each side, so 100^3, and that gives you how many ml, becuase 1 cm^3 = 1 ml

  3. Use a ratio of conversions, making sure all of your units cancel.

    1 ml/1 cm^3*1L/1000 ml*100^3 cm^3/1 m^3

ml cancel with ml and cubic cm cancel with cubic cm, leaving:

    1000 L per cubic meter
