it is very likely that your body is not accustomed to the exercise yet so i'll advise that you set the treadmill to slow at first for the first week then you gradually increase it over the next weelks to your desired speed where you know you are comfortable. as much as you need to exercise, you must not overwork the body system

Well...Luke has been evicted and the crowd loved him and then Rex's girlfriend was sent into the house but she is on the other side of the house and loads of the house mates don't seem too impressed
