i have to 25 pound weights

The sit ups with a song idea is good, if you are lifting weights be sure to do muscle groups opposite each other.  For example if you workout your biceps be sure to do your triceps, if you workout your chest be sure to do your back.  Also with jogging, your body will not start burning fat until after about 20 min. of running because it has to burn sugar first so I would jog about 30-45 min. or more.

    Right when you wake up have a large breakfast filled with protein.

    Stretch for 10 minutes

    3.)

    lift weights for 15 minutes

    4.)

    Listen to a good song during sit ups, then stop once the song is over.

    5.)

    Go on a 15 minute jog around the block.

    6.)

    At night, do exactly the same, except for the breakfast part.
