I need a nice canoe!?

Question

i want one for my 14th birthday so over the summer me and my friends can just go out :)

so i want a couple of seats in it but i dont want it that long that we can't control it so gimme some LINKS to some really nice canoes! i don't want it for fishing i just want to ride around

Old Town makes some great canoes.

Build it... Hey... it is easier than you think, and it will be an excellent experience and project for you and your friend... try www.GlenL.com for starters... I know there are several websites that have canoe kits, plans, and building instructions... My guess is... (and that's what I do - is build boats) you and your friend can each build, and have one of your own for a lot less $$$ than you can buy a new one for...

Look for an Old Town canoe, especially the "Discovery" line of canoes. I'm from Maine (that's where Old Town's are made) and they are the best canoes you can buy! Pick one up used and you'll be all set...they hold up very well, are very stable, and track very straight.
