I need a notary in seattle?

so i done have a birth certificate or a id or ss card but i cant get any one of them because to get a birth certificate because i dont have a id but i cant get a id with out a ss card and birth certificate and i cant get a ss card with out a id... so i was wondering if some one can help

you might need more then just a notary to prove who you are to get the things you need...but I hope this helps
