I am just a typical 16 year old. I am 5ft10 and weigh 125lbs. I use to moutain bike with friends but now i have been wanting to get a road bike and train and eventually compete. I just started going to the gym and i do 10 miles a day after school right now averaging 4 minutes a mile but I just started 4 days ago. If I joined a group/club and started doing 25 miles a day on school days for a few months and 50-75 on weekend would i be able to compete at junior levels in 4 months? AND ALSO I NEED SO TRAINING ADVICE.
