Question:

I need advice!!! help me please

okay so whenever someone throws up, i get all shaky and afterwards, its hard for me to eat and i wind up thinking about it hours later...

i think my fear started when i heard my dad throw up because when i was younger it didnt bother me...

is there anyway to help me cope/get over this fear??

and i need SERIOUS answers...

    CBT helps deal with irrational beliefs and fears.


  2. There is nothing wrong with you. We all do that to some degree. I have been to dinners that I couldn't finish because of that or something else that made me feel sick (btw- just tell folks you weren't that hungry and get a take out box at restaurants)

    If knowing that someone has hurled makes you nauseous, just drink a little water until you feel better. Work your way back to coffee, tea, soda etc.

  3. Try to put yourself in more of the same situation.Eventually youll get bored of it and realize its just silly
