How can i increase my biceps? should i do dumble curling 6 days a week? is it good?

  1. To build more muscle this way (for any muscle group), the key is to ALMOST push the envelope, doing something like 70 or 80% of your max weight with less repetitions (reps) in each set you do.

    So if you'd normally curl 50 lb dumbells (if it is hypothetically 50% of your max), and you'd do about 12 of them per set, you're going to want to bring it up further to 75 pounds of weight, but only do about 6 curls with each arm.

    Also, be sure to give your muscles time to rest and rebuild between workouts. Working heavily 6 days a week will do nothing but make your arms feel terrible (and could lead to a hospital visit). A strategy I've found that works is to work arms one day and lower body the next. Find your own method that you're comfortable with in working different muscle groups so that you work your biceps hard no more than 3 or 4 times a week.

    Make sure you stretch before and after, as well! Hope this helps!

    you biceps will get small if u do that

    train them only 1 a week with max of 6-8 sets

    i take it u want big arms generally not just big biceps?

    if so  u need to train ur triceps which make up 2/3 of ur arm
