hey i'm a 16 year old girli'm 175 cm tall and i weigh about 57 kiloshow could i get down to 50 kilos in 2 monthsi have already decided to stop snacking, cut out biscuits etci don't eat fast food very often regardlessand i will run for 30 mins approx 3 times a weekwhat can i do to speed up the process and ensure lasting results?
