I need go go boots! Help!!!?

Question

For halloween I want to be a go go girl, but i am only 11 so i don't won't high heeled boots, flat boots would be awesome but a little tiny heels is fine too. The boots have to be realllllly cheap, I mean like 25.00$ is the most! I would like boots that aren't too costumey because i would like to get use out of them and where them often. I no this is a really hard request, but thank you sooooo much for helping!

you can get boot covers. they go over regular shoes. i had some when i was a pirate for halloween last year. they were only about 7 or 8 dollars and held up well! i got mine at a local halloween store. they had a good selection!
