Question:

I need help, Please!?

I think I'm too shy. I am fine one on one with people but when I try to socialize in a group, I don't know how to make conversation, my mind just goes blank. I feel very insecure about this and I'm afraid it will hinder my relationships. I just don't seem to be able to approach a person, start a conversation and continue it. Please give me any suggestions as to how I can over come this and how I can start meeting new people.
