okay this is not me its this persons friend....

so my quinceanera party is next year july 18 im probably going to get fitted for a dress around march 2009 but i really want to lose as much weight as possible from now to then and i am willing to do anything healthy and make this a long term goal

i weigh 170 lbs and im 5'5 if u need extra details let me know thank you all very much

  1. Do the easy excersizes.  Mow the yard, pick up sticks, help with cleaning.  Keep your hands away from your face.  Walk the dog (or just take long walks) daily.  Get up and move as much as possible.  Sitting here on the computer doesn't do you any good.

    Eat healthy.  Nothing fried or soaked in butter/oil.  Don't know how your mom cooks, but if it's anything like my son in laws family, everything was soaked in oil and grease.  Then you should go to a fruit and veggie diet only.  Try a salad with cooked egg, cottage cheese (low fat),or cheese and slice apple.  You can even buy carrots preshredded.

    You need to talk with your mom to see what she can do to help you keep your diet.  She will be buying your food and she needs to know how you feel and that you really want this.
