I need help finding this?

so i really need a new camera. and i always have had an ideal camera.... i want to have one that is thin..... and has a big screen.... the highest budget is probaly 250$ but i could probaly do 300$.... please help..... i would love if you could include some links to some cameras... i would not like some links to best buy, office max.... because i have tried that and i would really like some links straight to the actual camera.
