I have 2 things wrong about PSP, first, somehow I can't connect to the Internet, I made a connection and it just says : Connection error The acess point was not detected.

The second reason is that when ever I want to download music, its only allows me to download Mp3 but not WMA.

HELP ME!

  1. Sometimes if your PSP isn't close enough to the wireless source, then it will say that.

For WMA, like the previous person said, you have to enable WMA playback in the system settings I think.

If you ever need more help for your PSP, then let me know.

  2. You just need luck        sometimes it doesn't work like you said    (if you already scanned for Access points then the WLAN switch is already on)

The PSP Slim and the PSP Fat BOTH have WLAN switches

And Second,   You need to enable "WMA Playback" on your PSP

    Go to

    Settings

    System Settings

    Enable WMA Playback

If that doesn't work then download a WMA to MP3 converter

(download.com)     You will need a Wi Fi connection to enable "WMA Playback"

  3. First of all regarding not being able to connect to the net, make sure your WAN switch is on (this is on the slim version atleast, not sure about the chunky). Are you connecting from home and if so, is it a wireless router?

For the music are you downloading via your psp or pc? If pc you need to download a program that converts WMA files to Mp3. Try going to download.com and typing in psp convert or something along those lines.

    Hope this helps :)

  4. you can turn to a wma to mp3 converter for help. i always use TuneClone audio converter, which my friends introduced to me. it works really nice. you can get it from http://www.tuneclone.com
