I need help with Sims 2!?

My sims 2 double deluxe keeps freezing at parts when i change to a new screen (i.e. go to a community lot) or when i am creating a sim. why? i have lots of memory on my comp. Also, if i shoot videos in sims, where do they go to? and do they ever shoot videos automatically?

IDK why ur screen freezes up, mine used to on my old laptop. Does it freeze up or does the screen go gray? Try using help on the website, although it probably won't help. 4 Ur vids go to: Start, Documents, EA Games, Sims 2, Then movie. It's been forever since I played! I eventually got a new laptop and some new games. Depending on how new the game is, you can probably return it. Good luck!
