I need help with Tampon absorbency?

i am a 13 year old girl and i am on my 2nd period. im kinda confused on what to do about absorbency's. its the 3rd night and today i used tampax pearl supers. they worked fine and were comfertable but i had to change them every 4 hours. how do you know which absorbency, also, what pads and pantiliners do you sugest. i tried stayfree but i feel like im wearing a diaper.

tampax pearl are the best but you should stay with regular absorbency because you are young and as for liners try.

every 4 hours is pretty normal.

u aren't supposed to leave them in too long anyways.. so don't worry about changing every 4 hours.

use them w/ a pantiliner so if you can't get to the bathroom right away.

try anything that says "ultra thin" on it.  if you use something like that and still feel like you are wearing a diaper, well, unfortantly, it sucks being a girl (for that part!)

if you use an actual pad - sorry, there aren't any that don't feel like a diaper! lol!

Your first few periods can sometimes be unpredictable. A good rule of thumb is to change it every four hours..so you're probably fine on the absorbency. The last one or two days of your period tend to be lighter, so you may have to use a lighter absorbency on those days, than at the beginning of your period. Some brands of tampons come with a variety pack with two or three different absorbency's for just this reason.

Most pads are unfortunately going to feel like wearing a diaper. At least they do to me. If you're comfortable enough wearing a tampon, but are worried about leaks I suggest just using a pantyliner. They are much thinner than a pad. I prefer Always pantyliner.
