I need help with my diet?

I can workout fine, at the gym and at home but need help with my diet. As i said i have no problem with the exercise or gym workout, i go about 3 - 4 times a week but i cant get my food right, i keep eating c**p, like fast food or food that i know is un-healthy.

I'm not massively overweight or anything but would like to loose some body weight and replace it with muscle

Can anyone suggest a website or some guidance telling me which food is good and which food is bad?

  1. Well it's great that you have the exercise aspect of your plan sorted out, so many people are failing on both counts.

    The biggest thing that you should be thinking about regarding your food is to stay clear of processed foods and sugary foods.  That's not to say that you can't have a lapse once in a while, but make fruits & veg, nuts and pulses your main diet with fish, chicken.

    And then there shall be loads of websites you can visit

    You might look at some and think there are stupid because they say you are not allowed to eat sweets but they are saying that for your health because if you eat to much sweets you might have dibites and if you did have dibites then you might not be able to have your future because some peole that have dibites die at a very young age. And what if that happened to you. That won't be very nice. (Have sweets but have them like 2 a month okey!!!!!!!!!!!!!)  

  3. You do need a healthy balanced diet, however, with regards to weight loss, as it's an input and output balance, it's not so much a question of what you eat, as it is to how much you eat. So theoretically speaking, you could lose weight eating rubbish food (of course I am not advocating this!) providing you didn't eat too much. I'm simply saying, just reduce the quantity. Healthy food is important for nutrition etc

    Rubbish food will also put you more at risk from other health issues

  4. fast-food you absolutely need to cut. the average burger there has 100 pesticides. if you want to cut ypur calories absolutely erase fast food from your routine. otherwise, you may not see results
