I need help with some grammar!?

whats wrong with this sentence?

1.) Our companies record is exceptional.

2.) Three causes of inflation are: easy credit, costly oil, and consumer demand.

3.) My favorite quotation is, "Take what you want and pay for it".

4.) If Clemens had picked that option, his family might have been rich.

1 is:  Our company's recored is exceptional

I think that number 2 doesn't need the last period:  Three causes of inflation are: easy credit, costly oil and consumer demand.  (be careful here because I've seen that last comma taught in some places. It might be that there is no colon necessary.  

3, you need to lose the comma because it's not a converstion:  My favorite quotation is "Take what you want and pay for it".

I cannot find a problem with the fourth one... may instead of might... don't know.
