I was asked to write a half of a page on what power is, how do I sum it up in a page. I was also asked to write a half page on how you can get power.

What types of governments, or which time period, are you studying right now?  It's a pretty broad subject to sum up in half a page unless you have a context to place it in.

You can write about how leaders should take responsibility for the power they're given, or about what happens when people wield power irresponsibly, or about why leaders are given power over the people they lead.  The key is going to be to choose one point to write about and stick to it.  Otherwise, honestly, you could write a book about that subject.

i do not know whether i'm right or wrong , but i think u need to elaborate more about  what kind of power u wanna write .. :)  it'll be clearer to people :) :)
