  1. What type of promotion you have done? Have you tried using email marketing, video marketing, articles marketing, adwords. SEO, participation in forums and blogs and etc?

You need to use various method to continue to market it.

    See: http://www.onlinewebmarketingtips.com/ to know more.

  2. As a fellow small business/internet-based company, I understand your concerns. I reviewed your site, and have just a few suggestions, per your request.

The "shipping tab" links to the "items for sale" page, not shipping information. In considering your items for my grandchildren, I was looking for some information on what sanitizing had been done to the clothing being offered. The "home" page should probably include more general info on your business, philosophy, testimonials, etc. A new "On-Sale" page should list your items.

Overall, the concept is good, your prices obviously very reasonable, and the layout well done. Hopefully a few tweaks will help get more response. If you can get "linked" from any other site, that will also help in the search engine area. You should also check your "key words", etc on your site pages. A search for "used childrens clothing" did not turn up your site, at least the first 14 pages I checked. "Search Engine Optimization" is a choice on some web site servers, so make sure the proper key words are on your pages. I am sure you have looked at competitive sites, but that is often the best source of ideas for yours. Pick the parts that are most appealing to you, and add something similar to your site.

  3. After an initial review of your SEO metatags, i.e., <title>, <description> and <keywords>, it appears that you need some major revisions such as:

    1.  The <title> should contain a business limiter/locale such as city, state, country in order to prepare visitors whether or not they want to deal with the cost of shipping merchandise from out of state, for example.

    2.  Where's the <description> metatag?  You'll need to provide this metatag for proper indexing of your opening webpage by search spiders.  The "Description" usually consists of 25-30 words to form a complete sentence  which best describes your  merchandise .

Hopefully you can revise your <title> accordingly as well as provide a <description> metatag so that in the overall; you website can acquire an elevated PR [Page Rank] on Google.com

    Good luck!
