  1. A think line of eyeliner, earthy-color/natural color eyeshadow

  2. i also have brown hair and brown eyes ;) woot woot lol

i started using makeup when i was ten, so i have quite a bit of experience with it. when i first started using makeup, i never used a full on face of foundation. i just didnt need it. concealer, of course, but if you have pretty clear skin, id say you could get by with just some loose powder ( i really like bareminerals, but you can get some in target) for your face. for undereye circles, steer clear of green makeup sticks...they just dont work. lol

try to get a pretty thick undereye concealer that is a bit lighter than your skin so that undereye circles become brighter.

as for eye makeup, you can try shimmery light colors for the corners and for definition, then try some slightly darker colors for the crease (shimmery browns, light purples). covergirl and maybelline carry some gorgeous shades (target or walmart).  oh man i could go on forever lol.

oh and mascara-if you are blessed with naturally curly, thick lashes, try a lash tint like neutrogena's. its really easy to deal with for first timers. but one of my faves for drama is lo'real voluminous. lovely stuff.

  3. Since you are 13, you really shouldn't worry with buying such expensive products anyway.  They are usually all hype and not much function.  So, I think you should try CoverGirl's eye enhancers.  They have really pretty shades: purples, browns, blues, pinks...the works.  Their mascara is also a good buy.  Just use a highlighter beneath your brow bone and on the inner corner of your eye.  Apply a light shade on the lid and a darker one in the crease.  The key is blending.  Make-up can look awesome on a budget.  :)

  4. Target and start playing with the colors!!

try gettin the four packs of shadows :)

  5. You don't need any foundation yet, your skin is most likely clear and pretty, so don't wear it until you absolutely have to. I'm 16 and currently am trying to wear as little makeup as possible to make my morning routine shorter and easier. Buy some Covergirl Lash Blast (Orange Tube) about 8$ at any drug store. It works miracles and makes my lashes look GREAT! Other than that, stay away from eyeliner. Anything else will make you look more cakey, which you deff don't want. Go for as natural as you can get, you'll be more admired for it in the long run!

    Good luck, hope I helped<3
