is there a brand of makeup that wont smear or come off during the day that isnt super expensive?

  3. what you could do instead of buying all new makeup is invest in a good primer for eyeshadows/liners/ect.

    i love urban decay's primer potion (i think it's like 18$)

    as far as like face make-up

    i wouldn't put on anything like foundation, not yet. it's too hot.
