Question:

I need motivation..or something...?

i have a lot going for me...pretty smart but im lazy as h**l i can do nothing all day..make plans but not go..what in the world is wrong with me..how do i get out of this slump?

  1. 1st -  Make a list of all the things that you have to do each day.

    2nd - Go to a Doctor - as I also believe that you may be depressed.

    3rd -  Also get some good Multivitamins.

    4th - Don't watch anything depressing on TV --THAT INCLUDES THE  NEWS!! WATCH COMEDIES.

    5th - Exercise -- start small i.e. 10mins at a time and work up to 30mins.

    GOOD LUCK -- NOW GET OUT AND PEOPLE WATCH AT THE PARK.

Honestly I'm exactly like that too.  I would be more then happy to sit home all day!  You should go to the dr. though, b/c it could be anything.  You could be mildly depressed, or thyroid, or chronic fatigue syndrome.  It could be a number of things.  I'd just get it checked out by a doc first.  If it comes up as nothing your like me, just lazy!  What I've started doing is making lists of things that I need to do.  If I get even one of them done, I feel like I've accomplished something.  And it helps me get my housework done since I tend to sit on the couch and watch tv all night!   Good luck!

  3. I know how you feel, im in the exact same situation.  But im also trying to pull myself out it, is really hard.  I've found that doing some small amount of work or hobbie, rolls into me doing alot more (well at least a bit more :D ).  Well good luck, just try and od something small at least.

  4. A lot of times i feel like this. Maybe you should go to the doctor cuz you could have a Thyroid disorder or something

  5. If you are in good physical health, then you may need a friend or neighbor to help encourage you to get out and help them with  something. Talk to your school counselor about motivational ideas.
